What is the process to apply for a visa?
You first need to select your nationality and visa type, then fill out the online application form. Upload the required documents (passport scan, photo, etc.) and complete the payment. Once submitted, we will start processing your application and deliver the visa result to you via email or courier.
How long does it take to process a visa?
Processing time depends on the type of visa and the completeness of your application. For example: Tourist visas usually take 3–5 working days, Transit visas 2–3 days, while long-term visas (work/study) may take longer depending on government requirements.
What documents are required for a visa application?
Generally, you will need: a valid passport (at least 6 months validity), recent passport-size photo, completed application form, travel itinerary/ticket, proof of accommodation, invitation letter (if required), and in some cases medical certificate, police clearance, or yellow fever vaccination certificate.
Why can a visa application be rejected?
Common reasons for rejection include incomplete or incorrect documents, insufficient proof of travel funds, immigration or security concerns, failed medical/background checks, or inconsistencies in the application form.
What is your refund or cancellation policy if my visa is rejected or I want to cancel?
